About
Meet The Faculty
Emergency Medicine is a team effort, and our Faculty embodies that principle.
ResusPro courses are led by experienced resuscitation professionals who bring hands-on, real-world expertise to every session. Each scenario is delivered with the support of both a Consultant Emergency Physician and a highly skilled Emergency Nurse.
Our consultant faculty is drawn from across the UK, selected for their excellence as both clinicians and educators. They are complemented by our nursing team from the Emergency Department at Addenbrooke’s Hospital—part of Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH) and the Cambridge Major Trauma Centre.
Together, they bring unparalleled practical knowledge and experience in delivering high-quality resuscitation room care, ensuring ResusPro courses are both impactful and highly relevant to clinical practice
Dr Adriana Cordier
Adriana is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine who has sub-specialist accreditation in Pre-hospital Emergency Medicine. She works within the Trauma and Neurocritical Care Unit of the Cambridge Major Trauma Centre, where her focus is on the acute management of critically unwell patients—particularly those with brain and spine injuries. In addition to her hospital role, Adriana works as a prehospital doctor for Magpas Air Ambulance, delivering critical care interventions at the scene and during transport.
Driven by the conviction that early, expert intervention profoundly influences long-term outcomes, she is committed to ensuring a seamless transition of care between prehospital services, the Emergency Department, and the Intensive Care Unit. This integrated approach underpins her clinical practice, where effective resuscitation, teamwork and communication are key to mitigating secondary injury and setting the stage for recovery.
Adriana’s passion for advancing neurocritical care is further reflected in her leadership of the Code Black programme for ResusPro.
